We are looking for a part-time ( 16-24 hours) social media manager for Coach Bahman Global Coaching Services.
About Coach Bahman:
Coach Bahman is a young and growing company based in Singapore. It’s an international coaching service for individuals, groups, and businesses. Since the start in March, the company has grown from 1 coach to a team of 5 professionals passionately working to help highly intelligent (High IQ) and highly sensitive professionals (HSP) manage their personal and professional challenges. We have worked with leaders who manage high IQ and HSP employees, professional poker players, streamers, YouTubers, influencers, coaches, business owners, entrepreneurs, and many other clients.
The vast majority of our clientele is highly intelligent. This makes for a exciting and challenging work environment. This environment expects you to perform on your highest potential, just like we expect from our clients, and at the same time it’s incredibly rewarding and the relationships are invaluable.
Since November this year, we have started to collaborate with Raise Your Edge, the world’s leading poker education community to offer a mindset course, videos, articles, and other tools for their clients.
This is going to be a major part of our future social media content.
Our current platforms are a dedicated website with an email list, Discord channel, TikTok, Instagram, IG TV, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitch. and Medium blogs.

– Market Research
– Content Strategy
– Design content at least 3x weekly for each platform
– Brand Identity Design
– E-mail marketing. Copywriting of newsletters and e-email list strategy.
– Design and manage ads for all platforms.
The qualities that we are looking for:
– Good listener
– Creative mind as well as a business mind
– Growth mindset
– Mostly scheduled work hours but being flexible is a must
– Fluent in English both speaking and writing
– At least 2 years of experience in social media management
– Interest in mental health or knowledge of High Intelligence and High Sensitivity is a must
This job requires you to work from home, adjust to different timezones, and be flexible. The majority of the company operates from GMT+7. This job can also require you to travel occasionally.
