At 22 years of age, Bahman started his first company. Working as an inner-city youth counselor he helped young musical talents start and maintain their careers. He made national headlines with several major projects, like ‘Young Spinners’. The project changed the way people thought about culture, art & talent development. It helped launch the cultural center to new heights.

Every business venture he started, helping other people was always his first priority. He wanted to make the world a better place. After achieving some success in poker, hosting parties, and events he finally started on the path of self-improvement.

Eventually, he found his way into coaching. There was never any doubt. He launched Coach Bahman and turned it into a sustainable business within 3 months.

Bahman became interested in high intelligence and high sensitivity in work environments because he saw so many managers and employees struggle with the unique set of challenges that are a part of them. He also personally struggled with management that did not understand how he needed to be coached in order to consistently perform on a high level.

In early 2020 he started coaching leaders to manage intellected giftedness and high sensitivity, The first company was shocked at the results. The employees and managers never even knew that high intelligence and high sensitivity were at the source of their challenges.

Our secret lies in awareness and the use of group dynamics. We first need everyone to be aware of high intelligence and high sensitivity and its effect on personal and professional performance. We also need to be aware of how we as professionals adjust to high intelligence and high sensitivity around us.

There are three parts to our method. We work in a 1-on-1 setting with the leaders, we work in a 1-on-1 setting with the talent and we work in a group setting with every party involved. This ensures everybody feels heard, understood, trusted, and appreciated. We use this as a foundation to built a sustainable business relationship of kindness, trust, and honesty for the future.
